Chorizo Potato Cabbage Soup

I made this up tonight based on some past chorizo/potato soup experiments. The recipe is not exact because I did not measure anything. good luck!

Cut up 4 chorizo links. Cook in bottom of a large saucepan in olive oil.

Add 1/2 yellow onion and a little water.

When sausage is cooked and onions translucent add maybe 4 or 5 more cups water and 4 chunked medium red potatoes

Add salt, pepper, large garlic clove minced, little pickle juice, little white rice vinegar, some Sriracha Cock Sauce, some mustard powder.

When reaches boiling, add about 2 cups chopped green cabbage.

A few minutes later add 1 small head of broccoli chopped.

Reduce heat, add a tablespoon or two of olive oil, and let simmer for 6 minutes.

Serve in a bowl, should be pretty brothy. Thin slice some Quaxaca or Mozzarella cheese on top.

Eat!
